It turns out Lindsay Lohan may be in hot water again, as it is believed that she violated her probation on multiple levels during her altercation with a Betty Ford worker in December.
According to a report from TMZ, LiLo is now being investigated by the Palm Desert Police Department and could be headed back to jail.
A police source told press, "The investigation and facts in evidence has revealed other possible violations by Ms. Lohan relating to certain conditions of her probation terms."
Besides the assault and battery charges, Lindsay may also be in trouble for refusing a breathalyzer test on the night in question.
