Adding to the number of celebrities dealing with legal issues, Jaime Pressly was arrested last night because she was suspected to be driving drunk.
The “My Name is Earl” babe was picked up in Santa Monica around 11pm for committing a traffic violation.
Once the police pulled her over, they gave her a field sobriety test and subsequently arrested her.
From there, Pressly was taken to a Santa Monica jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
