He’s always been a big of a perfectionist, and Kanye West is still tweaking his video for the new song “Monster” from his album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
The “Love Lockdown” rapper features several guest artists in the treatment, including 2010 breakout star Nicki Minaj.
Also including Jay-Z, Rick Ross, and Justin Vernon, “Monster” is an intense video directed by the noteworthy Jake Nava.
Of Nicki’s performance on the track, Mr. Ross told press, “That was the day Nicki Minaj earned my respect as a lyricist. Before that day she was a great entertainer, but for me to get in the studio with my own two eyes and see her write her verse, I knew that was gonna be one of the greatest verses of this year.”
